I got to spend two amazing days up in the city (SF,CA) a couple of weeks ago learning lighting techniques from one of the most amazing lighting experts in the photography industry; Bob Davis! It was an amazing workshop with lots of hands on learning and also a day of listening to the sweetest and beautiful (inside and out!) women; Dawn Davis, Bob’s wife speak about business and marketing and…life! It was inspiring, moving and I learned SO much! I got challenged and am now challenging myself to be a better photographer thanks to this wonderful workshop! Now, here are some of the pictures I get to share with you that I took while we set out on a bus in SF, California finding the most stunning spots to photograph these two beautiful models. Thanks to Crystelle & Steve for your hard work! The people I got to know at the workshop were so great and spending time with Bob and Dawn is a true gift!

So, I am working away (with the challenging rain that we have had way to much of here in the Bay area this year!) to get a bunch of commercial work done for fabowlous; tutus, bows, clips and hats…all SO cute! My close friend Lisa has the sweetest sister Heidi and Heidi and her husband Eric are expecting their first baby in just a couple of months. Heidi looks stunning here …simply glowing with excitement for the arrival of Baby Chase! I can’t wait to meet him, hold him and photograph him too!
